Neo’s Pizza House: A Must-Visit for Pizza Lovers in Running Springs

I stopped into Neo’s Pizza House in Running Springs and was blown away by the experience. I was on a business trip and visiting from Hawaii. I just had to order the Italian Roast Beef Sandwich—perfectly seasoned, hearty, and exactly what I needed after a mountain drive. What makes Neo’s stand out, beyond the food, is the atmosphere. As many other reviewers have mentioned, this place is family-owned and operated, and you can feel that warmth the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, the service is prompt, and the vibe is welcoming—like you’re being invited into someone’s home. Neo’s is also a great value for anyone traveling to or from Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead. Whether you’re fueling up before hitting the slopes or winding down after a day in the mountains, it’s the perfect stop. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is cozy. First time here I was invited to come and try this place by the owner. the pizza is delicious the crust was crispy we ordered the works and the toppings held up well. The mozzarella sticks had a very nice cheese pull and the wings were fire! And staff is very friendly! Will definitely be back

We weren't greeted when we walked in, it's a seat yourself situation. The service wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad. The young girl working alone was very timid but kind. We ordered the Mac n cheese pizza and boy howdy was that THE BEST Mac n cheese pizza we've had across several states! There were just 9 tables upstairs with more seating downstairs and I overheard there is a patio. She told me the total was 17 something but rang me up for 18 and some change. The pizza was the perfect size for 2 of us, and she offered us ranch (free) and parmesan cheese. They had seasonings on the table but this pizza was perfection. Worth the 30 minute drive! Most of the menu was overpriced but the pizza was worth every penny. There is an arcade downstairs, mostly fairly priced except $1.50 for the animal claw machines and the $1 machines for the exact same toys as the $0.50 mystery ball machine.

On our way out from Arrowbear we stumble upon this pizza place. Everything in this place was amazing, the food, the games, the atmosphere My family and I really enjoyed it.

Best pizza on the Mountain hands up for this place food is delicious , game room with pool table downstairs.

Neo’s is pretty much located between Arrowhead and Big Bear at the hwy 18 and 330 junction. Decent size menu here. Prices are good for the mountains as there is not a lot of choice in this area. The pizza is good… but not sure I would take the trip from Lake Arrowhead as there are choices there that are just as good. Great place if you are passing through.

When we just arrived, I was not happy with the service. It was crowded and the lady at the counter just yelled " grab a menu and find a table" later we realized she was short staffed and that was the reason she was overwhelmed. The food was amazingly delicious. When the young lady brought our food, she was smiling and polite and later she returned to ask if we needed anything else. She was the same lady when we had to pay the bill. She was friendly and polite. My grandkids enjoyed playing downstairs at the arcade. The games were a reasonable price. They had so much fun and they ate all their pizza. My Mom loved her grilled chicken caesar salad.

Yum! Yum! Yum! I’ve only eaten here once, but the chicken Parm with manicotti was to die for. The sauce is delicious and fresh everything tastes homemade. Wish I would’ve found this place sooner, but our vacation ends tomorrow. Definitely recommend. Understated restaurant, very affordable and homey feel.
